CoAct
CoAct: act together.
The history of CoAct
CoAct was born out of a conviction: People, Organization and Technologies only reach their full potential when they work together.
In the logo, the three black dots represent these three components. Their interconnection gradually creates a common structure.
The blue CoAct rings symbolize the resulting strengthening: each component becomes stronger because it is better connected to the other two.
Connect. Structure. Strengthen. Act together.
The Collabor'action Factory
Build with, not just recommend.
A recommendation only has value if it can be implemented. Our interventions therefore strive as much as possible to involve the people concerned in understanding the problem, developing solutions and implementing them.

An operational experience that remains current.
CoAct was founded by Frédéric Le Pennec after more than twenty years in the IT services, consulting, and engineering sectors.
His career led him from the position of Business Manager to responsibilities in commercial management, Business Unit Direction, and subsidiary management.
Today, he is involved in both organizational support and temporary operational roles in transition management.

Our clients are not our advertising supports.
We regularly intervene at the heart of our clients' commercial and managerial organizations, sometimes competitors of each other. Confidentiality is therefore part of our way of working. We do not publish client logos or information that would identify a project without explicit consent.
Why use "tu"?
Our interventions are based on direct exchanges, feedback, and a close working relationship with the leaders, managers, and teams we support. The use of "tu" simply better corresponds to this way of working.
Why "Business Manager"?
Depending on the company, titles vary: Business Manager, Business Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager. We primarily use Business Manager — or BM — because it is the most commonly used term today in the organizations with which we work.
