Supporting the first months

A well-designed journey is not enough if it remains on paper.

The first weeks quickly create gaps between the planned journey and reality.

Some juniors progress faster than expected. Others encounter unexpected difficulties. Managers sometimes lack time or revert to their habits.

Thus, the challenge is also to support the implementation.

Work on the situations actually encountered

CoAct support is not about regularly adding new training. It starts from lived situations: prospecting, meetings, qualification, candidate interview, preparing a proposal, managing a consultant, relational difficulty, or priority arbitration. These situations become the raw material for development.

Support the junior and their manager

The junior's progress also depends on how their manager supports them. Therefore, the work can focus on both the practices of the Business Manager and those of their direct manager.
